What to Expect: The Home Inspection Process

Step 1: Discuss the Property
Call to discuss your needs, provide a property address, answer questions, and receive a quote. No downpayment is required before the inspection takes place.
Step 2: Schedule an Appointment
We recommend that you are present for the inspection, and therefore we will work together to schedule a time that works for you.

Step 3: The Home Inspection
On that day, the inspector will spend three hours evaluating the home and report on areas of concern. Throughout, the client may ask questions about the property!
Step 4: On-Site Summary & Payment
At the end of the inspection, we will review the findings as a group and discuss both major and minor concerns. The full payment will be due before leaving the appointment.

Step 5: Report Finalized & Returned
The home inspector will return to the office to finalize and proofread the report before producing the final product on the evening of the inspection day.
Step 6: Follow-Up
The service does not end after the inspection. The inspector will call you for a follow-up to answer additional questions on the final report. You can contact us anytime with further questions as you settle into your new home!
